Take time to enjoy this delicious protein and fibre mix to help you get through your morning and be one up on your ‘5 a day’.


  • 2 Weetabix
  • 125ml Semi Skimmed Milk or milk of choice*
  • One small banana
  • 1 dessert spoon (10g) peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) or nut butter of choice


  • Spread peanut butter equally over two Weetabix
  • Put Weetabix in a bowl, top with banana slices
  • Add milk and enjoy!
